Sponsorship Terms

These terms apply to the Morgan Mountain sponsorship program. By applying or taking part, you agree to them. "Morgan Mountain," "we," and "us" mean Morgan Mountain LLC. "You" means the person applying or taking part as a sponsor.

1. Eligibility

  • You must have at least 500 followers on the main platform you list in your application.
  • Your account must be public and active.
  • Your audience must be real. Purchased followers, bots, and fake engagement are not allowed.
  • You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live.

2. Approval

Submitting an application does not mean you are approved. We approve sponsors at our sole discretion and may decline any application without giving a reason. We review applications as they come in and do not promise a response time.

3. Commission

Approved sponsors earn 10% commission on net sales that are tracked to them through Shopify Collabs. Net sales are the order amount after discounts, not including taxes or shipping. Orders that are returned, refunded, or cancelled do not earn commission, and commission already earned on them may be removed.

4. Customer discount

Customers who buy through your Shopify Collabs link or discount code get 5% off their order.

5. Tracking and payouts

Sales are tracked through Shopify Collabs. Commission is paid through Shopify Collabs. Payout timing follows Shopify Collabs. Sales that Shopify Collabs does not track to you do not earn commission. Your use of Shopify Collabs is also subject to Shopify's own terms.

6. Perks

Free product is not guaranteed. Perks such as product, a higher commission rate, or early access are based on performance and are offered at Morgan Mountain's discretion. A perk offered once does not mean it will be offered again.

7. Required disclosure

You must clearly disclose your relationship with Morgan Mountain every time you promote us, as required by the FTC and the rules of the platform you post on. Use #ad or the platform's paid partnership label, placed where people will see it. A disclosure buried in a bio or a long list of hashtags is not enough.

8. Content and conduct

  • Do not make claims about our products that are false or that you cannot support. Only describe features and performance that are shown on our product pages or that you have seen for yourself.
  • Keep your content brand-safe. We may ask you to change or remove content that is misleading, offensive, unlawful, or harmful to our brand.
  • Do not present yourself as an employee or official representative of Morgan Mountain.

9. Not allowed

  • Buying through your own link or code, or having someone buy for you, to earn commission.
  • Posting your link or code on coupon, deal, or discount sites.
  • Running paid ads that use the Morgan Mountain name or your link or code without our written permission.
  • Any other attempt to get commission on sales you did not earn.

We may withhold or cancel commission and end your participation if we believe any of these happened.

10. Independent relationship

You are an independent sponsor, not an employee, agent, or partner of Morgan Mountain. You are responsible for your own taxes on anything you earn.

11. Ending the relationship

Either of us can end the relationship at any time, for any reason, by telling the other. Commission that was already earned and cleared through Shopify Collabs before the end date will still be paid, unless it was earned in breach of these terms.

12. Changes

We may change these terms or the program at any time, including the commission rate, the customer discount, and the perks. Changes apply going forward. If you keep taking part after a change, you accept it.
